预测与降低柴油机油底壳辐射噪声方法的研究

[摘要] 介绍了一种针对车用柴油机油底壳辐射噪声预测和降低的方法,通过有限元/边界元法预测油底壳
结构的动态特性、频响特性以及辐射声功率级,同时考虑油底壳中润滑油的流固耦合作用,提出在油底壳上布置加
强板和使用复合材料的方法降低该油底壳的辐射噪声声功率级。

Noise from O il Pan of D iesel Engine

[ Abstract] An efficient method to p redict and reduce the radiated noise from the oil pan of a diesel engine
is p resented. The dynam ic characteristic, frequency response characteristic and radiated sound power level of origi
nal oil pan is p redicted by FEM /BEM with consideration of the fluid / structure interaction between oil and pan. Two
countermeasures of adding strengthening ribs and posite material are p roposed, which effectively lower the
radiated sound power level of oil pan.
