摘要
帷幕注浆堵水系统是地铁顺利施工、安全进行的关键,而各种随机因素影响着
帷幕注浆的堵水效果和稳定性,如注浆材料的性能、工程地质特征、水文地质条件、
浆液的渗流规律、地下水对帷幕的作用等。在诸多因素的影响下,既要保证堵水帷
幕的可靠性,又要有一个合理的工程造价,必须综合考虑和分析。
作者在掌握注浆技术发展史的基础上,分析了注浆材料、注浆技术的工程应用
及注浆的分类,阐述了注浆技术的发展现状,指出了注浆技术中存在的问题,提出
本论文研究的内容。
论文对沈阳地铁沿线的工程地质与水文地质、地铁站点施工方法及规模进行了
分析,并对场地含水地层结构分区进行了研究,得出地铁沿线场地岩性特征和沿线
地层含水性与分布规律。
论文根据客观条件选择注浆材料,对浆材—水泥的特性进行了研究,对拟采用
的浆液—水泥浆液进行了室内试验,提出选择注浆材料时应考虑浆液特性、浆液凝
胶时间。对单液浆(纯水泥浆、水泥浆加一定量水玻璃)及双液浆(水泥—水玻璃)
的凝胶时间、结石率、固结体渗透性等进行了系列试验,分析试验结果,评价所用
浆材。提出帷幕注浆堵水中,正常条件下宜以纯水泥浆为主;当水流大时,采用水
泥水玻璃双液浆。
论文考虑地下水对浆液扩散的影响,应用纳维尔—斯托克斯公式,推导出考虑
地下水影响时浆液流量及扩散半径与注浆时间的关系式,定量表示出注浆压力、地
下水压力对浆液扩散距离及所需时间的关系。
论文通过对沈阳地铁津桥路站地下水处理方案的经济技术分析,提出宜采用帷
幕注浆堵水方案来处理地下水,结合渗透注浆理论作出初步设计。

ABSTRACT
Grouted cut-off wall system is a key problem to subway is done regular. The sealed
function and the stability of grouted cut-off wall are influenced by the property of
grouting agent, hydrogeological conditions, the seepage law of grout in the sand and
action of groundwater etc. In order to guarantee the reliability of grouted cut-off wall
and to have a reasonable cost of engineering under a lost of the uncertain conditions, the
grouting engineering must be constructively considered and analyzed.
In this paper, the grouting material, the engineering application and classification
of grouting techniques was analyzed on the basis of mastering the latest developments
on grouting techniques, the present of grouting techniques, the problem in grouting
techniques and the question for study was given.
The engineering geology, hydrogeology , construction plan of subway station and
the scale on the subway in Shen Yang were analyzed. Meanwhile ground moisture
stratum subarea was investigated, the lithology character , moisture quality of stratum
and distributing law in along the line of the subway were received .
