二、考核的基本情况
通过同步换届与年度考核调整，目前，现任村干部（包括居委会）共65人，其中女性15人。现任村干部中，在年龄结构方面，35岁以下的有3人，%；35—45岁的有41人，占63%；45—55岁的有17人，%；55岁以上的有4人，%。在学历结构方面，小学文化的有10人，%；初中文化的有21人，%；高中文化的有29人，%；高中以上文化的有5人，%。另外，除正式村干部外，专职委员有3人，实行书记、主任“一肩挑”的1人，村干部兼组长的6人。其中,被评为红旗单位的村、居委会有4个，被评为先进单位的村、居委会有7个,优秀村、组干部共40人（不包括站所），优秀率达40%左右

从总体上看，村干部队伍建设情况是好的。一是村干部选拔任用上进一步民主化、科学化。2008年村“两委”换届选举过程中，我镇全面推行了村支部“两推一选”和村委会“海选”的办法，扩大了党员群众的知情权、监督权和选择权，建立了公开、公平、公正的选人用人机制，受到了群众拥护。二是村干部管理监督不断制度化。通过“三个代表”学教活动、保持共产党员先进性教育、“三级联创”活动、“不换状态就换人”的学****教育活动等，建立完善了村级干部管理监督制度。实行了村干部年度目标考核管理，从党建、经济、精神文明、综合治理、计划生育等方面加强对村干部的考核，推行了“村帐镇管”，强化了村干部的监督管理，初步解决了村级财务管理混乱等问题，增强了村务工作的透明度。
三、存在的问题
目前村干部队伍建设与管理中主要存在五个方面的困难和问题，影响到班子的稳定与建设，影响到镇村工作的有序开展。
