从新中国成立到改革开放,到江泽民提出“一切以经济建设为中心”的建设方针后,中国的经济就日新月异的发展着,,人口老龄化问题随之出现。而中,精神物质得到进一步保障,,相继的问题随之出现。这样的问题对于一个发展中国家来讲是极赋挑战性的,也是非常棘手的。能否处理和解决好此问题,是关系我国能否顺利实现下个目标的关键。
