六、绿化标准
1、片林
（1）林粮间作，株距2米。

4、农田林网：确保建成农田林网为主，林网、林带、片林相结合的高标准绿化体系，主付林搭配，按3×4标准栽植，付路2×2标准栽植。
5、工业园路
每侧30米，3×4标准栽植
6、绿色小康村
按四周闭合，白天不见村庄，夜晚不见灯光的要求，村内适林地块全部按要求栽植树木。
七、质量要求
1、树种：选用107速生杨，2年根生，一年干苗木，㎝以上。

2、栽植要求：，栽植时要做到大底平，栽正栽直，分层填土，分层踏实，使苗木充分舒展，根与土壤密切接触，栽后立即浇水，然后扶正苗木，培土封穴。
八、工作措施
（一）加强对林业的组织领导
要充分认识加强林业建设对可持续发展战略，全面建设小康社会的重要性的紧迫性，将其纳入国民经济和社会发展规划，做到认识到位、责任到位、政策到位、工作到位。各级要把造林绿化列入重要议程，加强领导，采取有效措施，确保规划目标的实现。实行领导干部任期目标责任制，将任务层层分解，落实到人，到地块，此项作为全年考核的一项重要内容，定期检查，并予以公布，建立造林绿化激励机制，对完成年度任务和规划目标的予以表彰奖励，对措施
