要教育好学生，必须发挥老师与家长的合力
鄙人任过班主任五年，深感家长在学校教育中的重要性，其作用是任何学校领导和老师无以替代的。一名老师必须面对几十名学生，教育面甚广，时而出现“水里按葫芦，压下一个冒出一个”之感，而二名家长（父母）则只面对一名学生，双手按葫芦则容易许多。细细算来，学生每年除去寒暑假、双休日、节假日，真正接受学校教育时间仅为180天，而接受家庭和社会教育时间亦为180天，因此，对孩子成功的教育主要为二方面：成功的老师教育和成功的家长教育。
身为老师，我不太赞成在学生出现问题时让其家长来到学校接受批评，这样难免让学生惶恐不安，难免让家长心理产生障碍，但作为家长，最好主动与老师联系、沟通和交流，譬如打电话、写信等。
倘若说老师如曲，则家长似词，唯有共同配合，方能让学生奏出辉煌的乐章；倘若说老师如日，则家长似月，唯有一起生辉，方能照亮学生成长的天空；倘若说老师如船，则家长似帆，唯有彼此默契，方能让学生到达胜利的彼岸……教师的教育活动范围不应仅仅局限于学校，教师的教育活动对象不应仅仅局限于学生，教师唯有征得家长的理解、支持、配合与帮助，才能
