负责男宾部更衣区顾客的换衣工作；

负责男宾部外卖物品的销售工作；
对洗浴的顾客进行全方位细致的服务；
负责男宾部的布草工作；
负责男宾部顾客一般寄存物品的保管工作；
同其他部门做好配合。

职位概要:
运营主管在男宾的工作内容
工作内容:
执行公司及店内各项规章制度，保证男宾部的正常工作；
完善部门管理制度及各岗位工作内容；
贯彻服务质量标准，并监督员工执行；
合理安排属下员工岗位，负责检查和考核本部门服务人员的工作态度、服务质量、行为规范、劳动组织纪律；
负责男宾部浴区、更衣区、外卖区等工作区域的日常管理工作；
密切关注本部门工作区域内顾客洗浴情况，处理意外事件；
熟悉常来客人，遇到常客亲自参与服务；
尽量了解客人的姓名、性格与特殊要求；
与客户建立良好的客户关系；
保证顾客物品存放安全；
负责召开部门会议，合理安排分配部门员工具体工作；
负责属下员工的日常培训；
负责本区域设备设施的安全巡视，发现问题及时报修；
处理浴区、更衣区、外卖区等工作区域的客人投诉。
高峰时间段参与服务，及本部门外卖品推销工作。
