常务理事会长、副会长
由上一届常务理事会提名，有会员选举产生，任期一年。每年9月末进行换届改选。
负责监督社团会长、副会长、及各部门成员工作;
负责任命各项活动负责人；
负责选举会长、副会长；
负责审核各季度会费使用情况；
负责章程的审议和修改；
负责会员的管理工作。
会长、副会长
由常务理事会选举产生。
会长对本社团负责，主持本社团全面工作；
会长执行本社团决议，管理日常事务；
会长按期向本社团作工作报告和工作总结；
副会长协助会长做好本社团一切工作。
部长、副部长
由当选的会长、副会长任命
各部之间互相团结，做好各自的本职工作；
各部门副部长协助部长做好本职工作。

处理社团日常内部事务，协调各部的关系，安排各项活动；
负责社团的各部门的工作计划和总结以及其他活动的记录等资料的整理；
负责社团各种会议的组织和记录；
负责会员资料管理；
负责社团信息联络工作。
新闻宣传部
策划社团各项活动的宣传工作；
负责社团新闻采编工作，对社团各项会议、活动等进行宣传报道；
在重大活动中承担摄影、摄像和报道工作；
负责社团官方微博宣传工作；
加强本社团与其他社团的沟通交流工作。
外联部
负责与我院大学生社团联合会及其他社团进行交流合作；
负责与赞助商联系、洽谈，为社团开展相关活动获得赞助。
