三、意见和建议
1、加强妇幼保健机构自身建设，达到母婴保健技术服务区的面积、设备、设施、布局与流程达标。
2、加强妇幼保健服务技术队伍建设。加强妇幼保健服务技术队伍建设，就是要努力建设一支思想端正、业务过硬、作风扎实、爱岗敬业的妇幼卫生技术队伍。
3、加强妇幼卫生信息化建设。加快妇幼卫生信息化建设，对于提高妇幼保健形象、优化妇幼保健服务、降低运行成本、规范管理与监督、提高决策水平、推进妇幼卫生事业科学发展具有重要作用。
4、强化服务质量和创新意识。随着医药卫生体制改革深入，妇幼保健机构要认真研究改革实施方案，结合母婴保健服务工作实际，创新思维，促进我县妇幼卫生科学、可持续发展。
5、加强管理，强化母婴保健服务工作考核和指导。母婴保健服务领域越来越宽，项目越来越多，投入越来越大，要严格按照相关法律法规、技术规范的标准和要求，建立目标管理责任制，细化任务，责任到人。并组织定期督导，发现问题，及时纠正。
