field is becoming active with the development of industrialization process. Through the data anal-
ysis of graphene patent application trend, technology layout and patent operation at home and
abroad, it can be found that China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, South Korea and
other traditional technology powers are the main technology source countries and technology
exporting countries in the graphene field. Among them, China is not only the main source of tech-
nology, but also the popular target market. From the perspective of patent operations, my coun-
try’s graphene industrialization is in a leading position in the world. The explosion of technologi-
cal dividends is worth looking forward to.
