Abstract
Automotive cooling system ensures that the engine is the role of can be quickly achieve ideal working temperature, and no matter how changes in environmental and working conditions, and always maintain at this temperature range. Whether in extreme cold or extremely hot conditions, whether in urban environment of the traffic jams on the freeway still at full throttle, engine must be able to also high speed operation. Modern efficient engine for working temperature has extremely accurate requirements. The most efficient possible use of fuel for emissions control system is also very important. Cooling liquid in the engine cylinder cylinder-head and circulating waterways can absorb heat, then at the pumps, under the action of make cooling fluid flows into the radiator, and the air through the car, is the radiator bar radiator cooling liquid cooling. The coolant system by a quarter of flow WenQi control, can guarantee the balance between warming and cooling. This paper discusses the cooling system function, composition, main structure, working principle, routine maintenance, fault detection steps and elimination method, and discusses the cooling system, systematic, modular design method and cooling system, and an example of intelligent control make simple introduction.
