推进社区民主政治建设。不断完善社区重大事项议事 “四议”、“两公开”、“一监督”制度和各项民主自治制度，积极提高社区居民主动参与社区民主管理。
   2、加强居委会建设。巩固“和谐社区”、“党风廉政示范社区”的成果，总结创建经验，力争通过典型示范社区验收。
   3、继续深入推进社区治理机制改革。推进物业全覆盖工作，用好政府专项经费，整治打造老旧院落，改善社区环境。
    4、加强精神文明建设。以各类文化活动为载体，以各类培训学习为依托，通过“文明家庭”、“好媳妇”、“好婆婆”等评选活动，在辖区内掀起讲文明、爱卫生、邻里和睦、家庭和谐的风尚。
    5、努力建设平安社区。一是扎实推进治安防范，在辖区内广泛开展普法、帮教活动；二是严防辖区群众性事件，以综治工作室为平台，受理居民矛盾纠纷，形成司法、行政、社会组织广泛参与的大调解体系，使辖区居民矛盾纠纷受理率达100%，调解成功率在95%以上；确保三年内辖区无重大火灾事故、重大治安事件、安全生产死亡事故。
