2．教育实绩（8分）
1所带班级或活动小组成绩显著，获镇校级表彰每次1分（镇校级累计不超过4分），市（区）级每次2分，泰州市级每次3分，省级每次4分，国家级每次5分。其中同年度集体和个人表彰按得分高的算一次，不重复计分。
2任现职以来，辅导学生参加由教育主管部门组织的竞赛获奖，市（区），泰州市级每人次1分，。同一学生参加同种竞赛，以最高级别奖计分，不重复计分。

1．循环教学（8分）
胜任本学科教学，已从事申报学科本学段各年级的教学工作5分。担任过小学3届，或中学2届以上毕业班，或本学科学段最高年级教学工作3分。
2．工作量（8分）
完成规定的教学工作量（因课时计划、学校规模等原因课时量偏少的学科，任课教师必须有其他与教学相关的工作量作为补充）8分。
