心得体会
杨艳平
创先争优，做人民满意的公务员活动，立足实际，认真学****先进，以下谈几点体会：
一是本职工作和其他工作的关系问题。本职工作，就是制度规定的职务所应承担的工作，还包括领导交办的事项，同时还包括体现党性的政治工作。因为我们国家的公务员既是政治人又是行政人。政治工作是灵魂，具体工作是抓手。谈立足本职工作，我认为一是视野要高，站得高才能看得远，才能走得远，就是要站在我们党发展全局的角度开展工作，站在人民群众所需、所想、所盼的立场着手工作。
二是准备要足，准备充分，工作的开展才会顺顺利利。既要有心态上的准备，也要有能力上的准备。就是要牢记人民公仆的身份，牢记为人民服务的宗旨。要认真学****多看书，勤思考。自觉去接触民生了解民生，培养善于和人民群众打交道的能力。
三是立足实际，工作开展从实处抓起，不能好高骛远，更不能吃着碗里看着锅里说着这里指着那里。我作为财务科的一名同志，明确我做事是服务职能的，是为监狱安全稳定服务，为人民群众服务的。其他工作要像对待本职工作一样认真，其他工作与本职工作发生冲突时，首先要服从本职工
