文档介绍：摘要教师职业幸福感是衡量教师工作生活质量、促进教师专业发展和提高教育质量的重要指标。注重教师的职业幸福感,有利于教师的发展,有利于教师生活质量的提高,也有利于学生的健康成长和发展。但目前的研究侧重于小学、中学教师,幼儿园教师的职业幸福感则比较薄弱。由于社会的要求和教育对象的不同,不同的教师群体,职业幸福感的现状和影响因素也是不同的。基于这个假设,本研究选取了微山县21所幼儿园,约300余名幼儿教师作为研究对象,采取访谈法和问卷调查法,就微山县幼儿教师职业幸福感的现状及其影响因素进行了全面考察,并结合调查结果展开了进一步的分析和对策探讨。本研究分为四个部分:第一部分主要介绍了搜集的一些国内外关于教师职业幸福感的研究,并阐明了选题缘由和论文研究的目的、意义和方法。第二部分对微山县幼儿教师实施了访谈和问卷调查。第三部分,根据访谈和问卷调查的实施结果,分析和讨论了微山县幼儿教师职业幸福感的现状及其影响因素。调查结果显示,大部分的微山县幼儿教师没有从工作中感受到幸福,幼儿教师职业幸福感的状况不容乐观,县城幼儿园的教师比乡镇幼儿园的教师更能体验到职业幸福感;县城三所公立幼儿园的教师比民办幼儿教师更能体验到职业幸福感;幼儿教师随职称、职务的升高,幸福指数也随着上升,受教龄影响显著增加,呈现出“两高一低”的趋势;大中小班班主任与非班主任的职业幸福感程度无显著性差异。影响幼儿园教师职业幸福感的具体因素主要有:自己对教师职业的喜爱;工作和工资的稳定;工作成就感;职称的评定公平、公正;幼儿园的管理民主;工作量适当、合理;人际关系和谐。在分析和讨论的基础上,从主客观两方面入手,以提升幼儿教师的职业幸福感为目的,提出一些思考和建议。关键词:幼儿教师;职业;幸福感万方数据AbstractThe occupation happiness of teachers not only contributes to teachers’professional development, improving the quality of education, but also can improve the life quality of teachers and the stability of the contingent of teachers. Although there has been many studies on primary and secondary school teachers’occupation happiness, the systematic study of kindergarten teachers’occupation happiness paratively to different teaching objects and social requirements of different teachers, the occupation happiness status and influence factors of the occupation happiness of different teachers may also be different.
