摘要:现金流量管理作为公司的核心财务问题之一,一直没有得到浙江中小企业经营者的重视。然而,国内外很多成功的企业对现金流量表的重视已经超过利润表和资产负债表。“现金为王”越来越深入管理者的管理理念。2008年,波及我国的金融危机,给了不重视现金流量管理的浙江中小企业当头一棒。因此,管理好企业的现金流量,使公司在市场竞争中不断发展壮大,成了公司管理层的终极目标。
本文通过总结分析所收集的资料,归纳出了浙江中小企业现金流量管理现状,分析了浙江中小企业现金流量管理存在的问题,并提出了提高浙江中小企业现金流量管理水平的方法,以促进浙江中小企业持续健康发展。

Abstract:As one of pany’s core financial problems, cash flow management has not gotten the operators’ attention in small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang. However, many essful enterprises at home and abroad have paid more attention to cash flow statement than to e statement and balance sheet. “Cash is king” deepens more and more in management philosophy. In 2008, the financial crisis which spread to China, gave Zhejiang small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which paid no attention to cash flow management a serious blow. Therefore, managing the cash flow, and to make pany grow in strength in the market, have e the ultimate goal of management.
This paper, according to the data collected, summarized current situation of cash flow management of small and medium enterprises in Zhejiang, analyzed their cash flow management problems, and proposed some management strategies to improve cash flow management to promote sustained and healthy development of SMEs in Zhejiang.
