   (一) 建筑材料的基本性质

        2、熟悉材料与水有关的性质

        4、了解材料的耐久性
   （二）气硬性胶凝材料
        1、掌握石灰的性质及应用
        2、掌握石膏及制品的性质及应用
        3、了解水玻璃的性质及应用 
   （三）水泥材料
        1、掌握硅酸盐水泥的技术要求、特点及应用
        2、掌握掺加混合材料的硅酸盐水泥的特性及应用
        3、熟悉其他品种的水泥及应用
        4、了解水泥的验收与检验、贮运与管理方法
   （四）混凝土材料
        1、掌握混凝土主要技术性质
        2、掌握混凝土组成材料的选择
        3、熟悉混凝土的配合比的设计方法
