Contract for Construction of Refrigerator Factory
Article 2 The Employer shall make a prepayment of 20% of the contract value to the Contractor within 10 days after signing this Contract. The Contractor shall furnish the Employer with a bank's Letter of Guarantee to be valid till the date of full reimbursement of the amount of prepayment.

The reimbursement of the prepayment shall be effected by deducting the monthly payments made by the Employer to the Contractor for the completed portion of the Works in the same percentage as the prepayment bears to the total contract value.

Article 3 The Contractor shall assign and send out the project manager，technicians，workers，accountants，interpreters，etc.〔hereinafter called the Personnel〕to the construction site within 30 days after signing this Contract. The Employer shall complete all the necessary entry procedures for the Personnel.
