注意事项
尊重学生，平等对待学生，一切以学生为中心。
定时对教师进行评估，提高教学质量。每周五晚上老师开一次例会，讨论一周发生的各种状况及解决措施。同时经验分享，提高改进教学方法，提高教学质量。
学校应该配有救护人员。
没课的老师轮流值班、巡视，保证上课秩序。
建立一个完整、便捷的通讯机构，让学生、学生家长和老师随时保持联系。（建立QQ群，学生电话、住址等个人信息应详细登记）
严格规定请假制度，保障学生的安全，让家长放心。
天气较热，注意做好防暑工作。下午可以晚点上课，晚点放学。
可能会遇到台风天气，时刻关注天气的变化，做好预防措施。
下课后低年级的学生要等家长接送，注意人身安全。
