建设原则
立足医院现有医疗资源，明确综合类及传染病类紧急医学救援
基地自身现状，严格按照省、市级紧急医学救援基地建设标准，依托苏州市级各类应急医学救援基地平台，实行标准化、规范化、制度化建设，力争3～5年时间，建成优秀的区级综合性和传染病类紧急医学救援基地，以更好地承担突发事件伤（病）员的现场救治、
