摘要:长期以来,创业被认为是驱动创新、促进经济发展的发动机,是企业价值创造和保持竞争优势的重要手段。大学生创业是一个发现和捕捉机会并由此创造出新的组织且由它提供新颖的产品或服务以实现其潜在价值的过程。但是大学生创业的成功率较低,除了自身经验欠缺、能力不足、意识偏差等原因外,其在财务管理方面存在的问题是导致创业失败的重要原因之一。大学生要创业成功就必须要掌握一定的财务管理方法,不断发现和解决创业过程中的财务问题。
本文根据作者自身参加的一些创业比赛经验为基础,通过对杭州市和嘉兴市大学生创业者的调查,总结和分析大学生创业过程中的财务问题;借鉴已有的创业成功和失败的案例、结合浙江省和嘉兴市政府对大学生创业的有关政策,为解决大学生创业过程中的财务问题提供一些对策、提出一些建议。

Abstract:
Starting a business is considered as the driving force of stimulating creativity and encouraging the economic growth for a long time. Meanwhile, it is also an essential way for enterprises to create their value and petivity. If university students start their own business, then they will discover their own opportunity to create their anization, with which will provide new product or service, in order to investigate their potential value. However, few business oriented by university student eeded. Besides several well-known reason such as experience, ability and objective, There is another lethal reason, bad financial management, which lead their business collapse. If a university student wants to eed in business, he has to learn about enough financial management in order to solve the problem they discovered in their business.
This paper is based on some petition experienced by the author, which summerizes and analysis some financial problem by investigating college student's business in Hangzhou and Jiaxing. According to the eed and failed cases with the policy from the government of zhejiang province and city of jiaxing about student business, we have some solutions and ad
