摘要:近年来,随着我国经济的快速增长,GDP始终保持在较高增速水平。纺织行业也随之保持快速的增长。同时,纺织业企业面临的财务风险越来越多,越来越复杂,这些风险给企业经营造成了极大的冲击。经济活动的高风险迫使企业必须识别所面临的财务风险,并在此基础上制定和实施最有效的风险管理措施,维持企业正常的经营。
纺织业在我国国民经济发展中占有重要的地位,分析研究纺织企业财务风险的特点,辨别其财务风险并进行有效控制是纺织企业健康发展的重要保障。本文基于国内外学者对财务风险基础理论的研究,分析了我国纺织企业财务风险的特征、纺织行业的发展历程、现代纺织企业的发展现状、经营特点以及纺织业财务风险的类型,通过提出财务风险的管理措施。

Abstract:In recent years, with the growth of China's rapid economic, the growth of GDP remained in a high level. The textile industry also maintained a rapid growth. At the same time, the textile enterprises are facing more and plex financial risk. The risks caused great impact for enterprise management. High-risk economic activity forced enterprise must identify financial risk what they are facing. And enterprise must formulate and implement the effective measures of risk management to maintain the normal business.
Textile industry plays an important position in China's economic development, the analysis of the financial risks of textile enterprises’, identify the financial risk and effectively control the healthy development of textile enterprises is the important guarantee. This paper studied the basic theories of financial risk, based on the domestic and foreign scholars .analyses the characteristics of textile enterprise financial risks in textile industry, the development of modern textile enterprises, the development situation, characteristics and types of financial risks in textile, through financial risk management measures put forward.
