摘要:在物质生活极为优厚与经济生活迅速加快的同时,人类也迎来了大自然的无情惩罚。中小企业作为社会的细胞和微观活动的主体,占有企业的绝大多数份额。它在生产经营活动中应兼顾经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的协调统一,树立“绿色”生产经营理念。浙江省作为沿海较为发达的地区,具备应用绿色财务管理方式的有利条件。
本文在明确企业绿色财务管理的目标和内容的基础上,对浙江省中小企业的绿色财务管理现状进行分析,指出绿色财务管理实施的必要性和迫切性。然后针对浙江中小企业从筹资、投资、分配及财务评价四个方面构建绿色财务管理体系。最后针对绿色财务管理在浙江中小企业具体应用已经和可能出现的问题进行了分析,也提出了相关应对策略。

Abstract:Nowadays life is exceptional and economic is rapidly accelerated. As a result, humans are facing relentless punishment of the nature at the same time. As mains of micro activity and society cells, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) occupied the majority possession panies. It should establish a ideal of “green” management, and unified economic benefit, social benefit and environment benefit in operation activities. Zhejiang belongs to developed costal area, which have favorable conditions to put the green financial management into practice.
Based on the clarification of the objective and content of green financial management, this paper analyzed the current situation of green financial management in Zhejiang SMEs, and pointed out the necessity and urgency of the application of green financial management in them. Then it built a green financial management system for Zhejiang SMEs from four parts: financing, investment, distribution and financial analysis. Finally, it discussed the promotion strategies and answered problems which may exist during the promotion process into Zhejiang SMEs.
