摘要:中小企业目前在促进各地经济增长、解决就业等方面发挥着至关重要的作用,是我国经济结构中的主力军。不过中小企业融资难问题极大阻碍了各地中小企业的健康发展,成为各地经济社会发展中备受关注的话题。浙江是中小企业大省,融资问题也一直是包括绍兴民营中小企业在内的浙江中小企业发展中的棘手难题。资金短缺成为制约绍兴民营中小企业发展的重要瓶颈,特别是金融危机爆发和国家宏观调控时期,中小企业融资难问题更加突出。
本文将在分析总结绍兴民营中小企业发展现状及经营特征,融资问题对绍兴民营中小企业的重要性的基础上,分析绍兴民营中小企业融资难的现状及成因,并从绍兴民营中小企业的实际情况出发,分别从政府层面、金融机构层面和企业自身层面提出解决绍兴民营中小企业融资困境的对策措施。

Abstract:SME in promoting economic growth at present, to solve the employment play a vital role in China's economic structure is an important part. However, financing of SME greatly hindered the healthy development of SME across as economic and social development around the topic of concern. There are many Small and Medium enterprises in Zhejiang province, private is still as a thorny problem including the Shaoxing, Zhejiang SME development. Shortage of funds as a constraint important bottleneck to the development of private SME in Shaoxing, especially the financial crisis and the national macro-control period, the financing of SME e more prominent.
This article will summarize the analysis of SME Development in Shaoxing and operating characteristics of current situation, the problem of financing the importance of private SME in Shaoxing, based on the analysis of Shaoxing, the status of the private financing of SME and causes, and from the actual situation of private SME in Shaoxing Starting, respectively, from the government level, financial institutions level and propose solutions to their own level of private small and medium enterprises in Shaoxing Financing Problems measures.
