摘要:财务外包是社会财务职能分工信息化、专业化、社会化的体现, 是企业战略管理模式发展的必然趋势,正被越来越多的中小企业所采用。经过多年发展,从最初的基本数据处理活动的外包,如今到涉及企业决策至关重要的领域,财务外包的内容越来越丰富。然而,由于市场环境的不确定性、外包项目本身的难度以及中小企业自身能力的制约,致使外包活动不能取得预期的成果或者造成各种损失。
本文在分析财务外包的概念和发展过程的基础上,就中小企业财务外包的必要性、财务外包的内容、目前中小企业财务外包中存在的问题及发展前景等方面作一些探讨,最后针对中小企业实施财务外包的风险给出对策和建议。

Abstract:Financial outsourcing is social financial function division informatization, specialization and socialization, is the embodiment of the enterprise strategy management mode the inevitable trend, are being increasingly used by small and medium-sized enterprises. After years of development, from the original basic data processing activities involving the outsourcing business decisions, now the field is vital, financial outsourcing increasingly rich content. However, due to the market environment is uncertainty, outsourcing project itself difficulty and small and medium-sized enterprises restricted oneself ability, which can achieve desired outsourcing activities the e or cause losses.
Based on the analysis of the concept and development of financial outsourcing process, and on the basis of the necessity of financial outsourcing on small businesses, financial outsourcing content, small and medium-sized enterprises at present financial outsourcing the problems and development prospects. Finally makes some discussions aimed at small and medium enterprises are implementing the risk of financial outsourcing countermeasures and suggestions.
