治法：清肝泻火，疏肝凉肝。
推荐方药：调肝降压方加减。柴胡、香附、佛手、夏枯草、炒桅子、丹皮、菊花、双钩藤（后下）等。
中成药：牛黄降压丸、龙胆泻肝软胶囊等。
治法：滋阴补肾，平肝潜阳。
推荐方药：天麻钩藤饮加减。明天麻、双钩藤（后下）、石决明（先煎）、炒桅子、川牛膝、益母草、桑寄生、夜交藤、茯神、牡丹皮等。
中成药：天麻钩藤颗粒、全天麻、清脑降压片等。
（二）静脉滴注中药注射液
瘀血阻络证：可选择具有活血化瘀功效的中药注射液，如川穹
注射液、灯盏花注射液、丹红注射液、香丹注射液、舒血宁注射液、疏血通注射液等。
气虚血瘀证：可选择具有益气养阴功效的中药注射液，如黄芪注射液、参麦注射液、生脉注射液，配合应用活血化瘀功效的中药注射液。
痰浊壅盛证：可选择醒脑静注射液。
（三）外治法

（1）夏枯草30g、钩藤20g、桑叶15g、菊花20g。上药制成煎剂，用时加温至50℃左右，浸泡双足、两足相互搓动，每次浴足 20∽30分钟，每日2次，10∽15天为1个疗程。
（2）钩藤20g、吴茱萸10g、桑寄生30g、夏枯草30g，水煎取药液1500ml，加入食醋1OOml，每天足浴30分钟左右，每日一次，十天为一疗程。
(3）钩藤I5g、野菊花I0g、稀签草30g、夏枯草2Og、川牛膝20 g、赤芍20g、川穹15g、葛根20g、花椒10g，浸泡1小时后，大火煮开，小火再煮30分钟，后下钩藤，连水带药倒人盆中，水温40℃∽-45℃,赤足泡药中，浸过踝部，双足互搓，每次 30分钟，每天1次，10次为1疗程，间隔3天，做第二疗程。
（1）常用穴：耳背沟、肝、心、交感、肾上腺：备用穴：耳神门、耳尖、肾。常用穴每次取3∽4穴，酌加备用穴，以7mmX7mm的胶布，将王不留行籽贴于所选之穴，贴紧后并稍加压力，使患者感胀痛及耳廓发热。每隔2天换贴1次，每次一耳，双耳交替，15次为一疗程。
（2）肾气亏虚证、肝火亢盛证、阴虚阳亢证选用肾、枕、皮质下；痰浊壅盛证选用脾、枕、皮质下。耳穴定位：肾：在对耳轮下脚下缘：枕：在对耳屏后上方；皮质下：在对耳屏的内侧面；脾点：耳甲腔后上方，在耳轮脚消失处与轮屏切迹连线的中点。
