战术训练方法：
1、战术训练一（图1）：1号队员发短角球，方向如图拉传到2号同伴的位置，2号位同伴弧外停稳球后根据防守队员一冲的速度和跑位,如一冲向弧顶移动的速度相对较慢,迅速将球轻推到弧内3号位右侧前方，由3号位同伴跟进射门完成进攻。
