第七条 安全生产职责
。认真贯彻执行国家、市、县政府有关安全生产的方针、政策、法律、法规和规章，对本行业安全生产和安全生产事故负全面责任。组织并落实政府和上级部门下达的安全生产目标，主持制定和完善本单位安全生产规章制度、安全检查制度、安全文件档案制度，研究制定解决单位安全生产重大问题的办法和措施。每月组织一次对本单位安全生产检查，对发现的重大事故隐患及时采取措施，及时整改，督促有关单位及时制定治理方案和防范措施，落实经费和人员，重大问题及时向当地政府和上级主管部门报告。督促检查
