摘要:中小企业板的成立,对中国资本市场的发展具有重大而深远的意义。它的绩效如何,受到广泛关注。本文采用了实证分析方法、主成分分析法、因子分析法及相关性分析法。通过对我国中小企业公司的EVA和传统绩效评价指标进行因子分析和相关性分析,建立了模型。研究结果表明,在运用EVA法与运用传统绩效评价法对我国中小上市公司进行绩效评价时,EVA法与传统绩效评价方法对中小企业板上市公司市场价值的解释能力存在一定的差异性:EVA法对中小企业板上市公司市场价值的解释能力略强于传统绩效评价方法对小企业板上市公司市场价值的解释能力。

Abstract:The establishment of the SME board on the development of China's capital market has important and far-reaching significance. How it’s performance, been widespread concern .In this paper, the empirical analysis, ponent analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis. Through to the small and medium-sized enterprises of EVA and traditional the performance evaluation index factor analysis and correlation analysis, established the model. The results show that the use of EVA in the performance evaluation method and the use of traditional method of performance evaluation of medium and small panies, EVA performance evaluation method and the traditional SME board on the market value of panies there are some differences in explanatory power of: EVA method the market value of panies in the SME board explanatory power slightly stronger than the traditional method of performance evaluation board for small businesses to explain the market value of panies ability
