types and symptoms. For example, it is often compatible with plantain herb, baical skullcap root, heartleaf houttuynia herb for
the purpose of clearing heat and cooling blood, reducing swell and relieving pain. It is often compatible with zedoray rhizome,
common buried rubber, largeleaf gentian root for clearing heat and activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and diuresis.

本品为马鞭草科植物马鞭草Verbena officinalis 直接影响方药的临床应用效果，然而临床马鞭草的
L. 的干燥地上部分。本品主要含马鞭草苷，戟叶马 用量莫衷一是，无“据”可依，因此有必要总结古
鞭草苷、β- 谷甾醇、熊果酸等。性味归经：苦，凉。 医籍及现代医家运用马鞭草的临床经验，高度归纳
归肝、脾经。具有活血散瘀，解毒，利水，退黄， 马鞭草临床常用剂量、配伍、所治疾病等规律，以
截疟等功效。古云：“传方传药不传量”，用量可 供临床科研同道参考借鉴。
