fetuses,including10fetuseswithoutobviousabnormalityofcentralnervoussystem,1fetuswithobstructivehydrocephalus
andtherest1withopenspinabifidacomplicatedwithhydrocephalus.Thepregnanciesofthelatter2wereterminated,and
theresultsofautopsywereconsistentwiththoseofprenatalultrasound.Noobviousabnormalitywasfoundduringcentral
nervoussystemexaminationsof214newborns.Correlationandregressionanalysisshowedthattherewasalinearnegative

correlationbetweenfetalcrownGrumplengthandleftGrightdiameterof midbrainaqueduct ( = -0􀆰168, <0􀆰05).
