活动目标：
1、活动主题：“快乐童年、你我相伴”
2、通过活动让幼儿体验和其他伙伴一起过生日的快乐
3、通过集体生日会活动，为孩子们建立一个互相玩耍的平台，使小朋友们之间友好相处，一起快乐健康的成长，同时在活动中学会动脑筋和相互配合。
活动时间：12月31日 上午 9：00-11：00
活动地点：各班教室
活动准备：一、环境：1、各班教师于12月30日下午将本班及走廊环境的布置（生日气球背景墙、彩带、灯笼、仿真树叶、气球等）
二、音乐：儿童歌曲（兔子舞、小猫韵律操及各类音乐伴奏）
三、礼物 （蛋糕3个、沙画104张、糖果若干、水果若干等）
四、游戏道具（红领巾、板凳、小丑画像、钓鱼材料等）
五、要求学生穿上漂亮的衣服及运动鞋
六、照相机一台（全程照相）
活动过程：
环节一、8：40之前：孩子入园，在操场游玩或在室内玩玩具
1、一位教师负责孩子们的纪律
2、一位教师负责准备需要的东西
环节二、9：00活动开始
1、班主任进行开场白，欢迎各位生日宝宝
2、在生日背景墙前给孩子们留下最美的一面（每位孩子在蛋糕前留影）
