曾几何时,被誉为“天之骄子”的大学生找工作时是“皇帝的女儿不愁嫁”,可如今这种优越感几尽消失,面对就业却眉头紧皱。以2006—2007年大学生就业情况为例,2006年中国大学毕业生30%没有找到工作,就是有120多万大学生在离校时还没有就业,2007年有100万左右毕

业生未实现就业,加以中国数以万计的民工和下岗再就业人员,即便政府每年提供900万的就业机会,还是不能较好地解决就业问题。总的来说,大学生的就业前途不容乐观。
一、大学生就业难的原因
,供给与需求矛盾突出。高校毕业生的总体供给与社会需求的矛盾,实质是高等教育的快速发展与社会发展和经济发展所处的转型阶段不配置的矛盾。
首先,中国处于人口高峰期,存在大量的新增劳动力需要就业。“中国现有人口近13亿,人口基数大,新生劳动力增长过快,远远超过经济增长创造就业岗位的速度,全国劳动力资源由20世纪90年代前五年的平均新增1 250万人预计到1996—2010年平均新增1 450万人,未来劳动力资源的自然增长每年可以建立两个海南省,这对大学毕业生就业产生一定影响。”[1]出现了毕业生数量急剧增长,而就业岗位增长缓慢,经济
