第十二条 经论证批准设置特殊实验用房的，其建筑面积指标按附录A的规定计算。
第十三条 承担在职人员培训和教学任务的疾病预防控制中心，可在总建筑面积的弧上增加5％-8％的面积作为实验用房。
第四章 建设用地
第十四条 疾病预防控制中心建设用地应坚持科学、合理、节约的原则，在满足基本功能需要的同时，适当考虑未来发展。
第十五条 疾病预防控制中心建设用地容积率宜为1．0～1．2。
第十六条 疾病预防控制中心绿化用地应符合当地有关规定。

第十七条 疾病预防控制中心的选址应符合下列要求：
（一）应选择工程地质条件和水文条件较好的地方；
（二）应充分利用城市弧设施；
（三）应地形规整，交通方便；
（四）应避让饮用水源保护区；
（五）应避开化学、生物、噪声、振动、强电磁场等污染源及易燃易爆场所。
第十八条 疾病预防控制中心总体布局应充分利用地型地貌，正确处理功能分区以及各分区之间相互联系与分隔的关系，科学布置各类建筑物，合理组织人流、物流。
疾病预防控制中心建筑宜采取分散布局形式。实验用房宜与业务、保障、行政等其他功能用房分开设置，实验用房宜处于当地夏季最小风频上风向。不同类别实验用房宜独立设置。
第六章 建筑标准
第十九条 疾病预防控制中心建筑设计应以科学合理、安全卫生、经济适用、环保节能为原则，同时满足周边环境与城市（镇）规划要求。
第二十条 除有特殊要求外，实验用房的布局、朝向、间距应保证室内有良好的自然通风和自然采光。
第二十一条 疾病预防控制中心内设置实验用房、菌毒种库、危险品库的建筑，其抗震设防类别不应低于乙类建筑。
第二十二条 疾病预防控制中心实验用房的结构形式宜采用框架（剪）结构或钢结构。
第二十三条 设置实验用房等的主要建筑的耐火等级不应低于二级。
