关于印发石台县城区及乡镇国有土地收储有关规定的通知
 
各乡镇人民政府，县政府各部门、各直属单位：
《石台县城区及乡镇国有土地收储有关规定》业经县政府第八次常务会议研究通过，现印发给你们，请遵照执行。

石台县城区及乡镇国有土地收储的有关规定
 
为规范国有土地储备，加强国有土地资产管理，增强土地市场调控能力，根据有关法律、法规以及《安徽省国有土地储备办法》，现就城区以及乡镇国有土地收储工作作如下规定：
一、县国土资源局负责全县国有土地储备管理工作，其所属国土资源储备发展中心具体实施国有土地储备工作。
二、下列国有土地，通过无偿收回方式储备：
(一)企业改制完成后剩余的土地；
(二)土地使用权出让合同期届满，土地使用者未申请续期或者申请续期未获批准的国有土地；
