5．生产原理
生产原理可用石灰石和盐酸反应制得
CaCO3+2HCl→CaCl2+H2O+CO2↑
6生产工艺
无水***化钙的生产方法有两种：
，即将二水***化钙干燥脱水而制得无水***化钙；
，即用盐酸和石灰石按一定的比列进行酸解反应，生成酸性***化钙溶液加入石灰乳沉淀美、铁、率杂质，经澄清、过滤净化后，再经预热，蒸发，干燥，冷却得无水***化钙。
二水***化钙的生产方法：
：反映部分与生产无水***化钙相同，不同之处是蒸发浓度在70%CaCI2时，于473K下结晶出二水***化钙产品，于573K下干燥得到无水***化钙。
