第九条：各门课程均须制定符合教学计划要求的教学大纲，上级教育部门有颁发本专业统一教学大纲的，应使用统一大纲，没有统一大纲的，应在系（部）领导下组织教师自编。大纲应明确规定本课程的教学目的，教学内容细目及达到的教学要求和课时大体分配。大纲经系（部）主任审批后执行。教学大纲是教师从事教学工作的基本文件，是对学生进行考核的依据，是检查教师教学质量的标准。在执行过程中，对教学大纲的基本内容不得随意变动，如需更动，需报系（部）主任

审批。教学大纲通过一定时间的教学实践，应在系（部）领导下定期修订。
第十条：各门课程都要有统编或自编教材。选用教材时，应注意教材与教学大纲尽可能一致，注意内容的思想性、科学性、系统性、实践性与先进性。教材原则上由教研室主任与任课教师协商选定并报系（部）主任批准，各系（部）应在期未检查下学期教材落实情况，如因出版、运输延误而未能及时提供教材，应采取自印讲义或其他应急措施，使每位学生上课时都有教材。任课教师应明确与教材相配合的教学参考资料与必读参考书目，通知学生，并由各系办公室汇总后报校图书馆。
第十一条：任课教师应按教学大纲的要求拟定教学进度表，经系主任批准后最迟于正式上课前2周内，一式三份，一份交教务处、一份自己保留、另一份各系保留，以备检查。
