三、法的效力
法的效力是指法具体生效的范围，及法在适用对象、时间和空间三方面的效力范围。
第一，中国公民、法人好其他组织在中国领域内一律适用中国法，在国外仍受中国法的保护并履行中国法定义务，同时也遵守所在国的法。第二，我国法律对外 国的适用包括两种情况：(1)在中国领域内的外国人，除享有外交特权好豁免权或法有另外规定者外，一律适用我国法律；(2)外国人在中国领域外对中国或中 国公民、法人犯罪，按中国刑法规定的最低刑为三年以上有期徒刑的，可适用中国刑法规定，但按犯罪地的法不受处罚的除外。
(1)有的法在全国范围有效；(2)有的法在一定区域内有效；(3)有的法具有域外效力。
是指法的效力的起止时限以及对其实施前的行为有无溯及力。法开始生效的时间：一是自公布之日起生效；二是公布后经过一段时间生效。法终止生效的时间： 一是以新法取代旧法，使旧法终止生效；二是有些法完成了历史任务而自然失效；三是发布特别决议、命令宣布废止某项法；四是法本身规定了终止生效的日期。
注意：法的溯及力，指新法颁布后对它生效前所发生的事件和行为可加以适用的效力。法原则上不溯及既往，但法律有特别规定的除外。
四、法的作用
法的作用泛指法对人们的行为及社会关系和社会生活发生的影响。
1.
