3、一定写正确出借人姓名，身份证号码，同时一定要写明借款人的姓名和身份证号码，以避免发生纠纷时再去核实借款人身份是否重名等问题;
4、如果不能确定要求借款人什么时候归还，建议出借人不写归还日期，这样时效上可以保证20年，而不会由于一时忘记导致时效超过不能收回。懂得法律的人都知道，写上归还日期与不写归还日期差别
