作为幼儿园教科研工作直接管理机构，教科室在课题管理上应注重指导、管理与服务并重，协助课题组教师完成课题申报、立项、实施、结题等一系列过程管理，实行管理务实化、系统化、全程化。尤其应提出的一点是，注重科研成果的推广，使教科研真正为教学服务。其中课题《幼儿情绪调控教育研究》（杨招娣）由杨丽君老师挂钩指导，《幼儿园开展幼小科技教育衔接的研究》（金震旦）由赵爱芳老师挂钩指导，其他几个课题由陈莉莉挂钩。其中《在科学区活动中培养幼儿主动探索精神的研究》（黄燕虹）、《记录在科学区活动中的作用研究》（蒋芳英）要求在课题开展的同时及时进行推广。
四、深入开展科技特色课题教科研工作。
具体工作如下：
1．根据实际教学状况及时修改、调整科技教育研究方案。
2．孙老师提出各班应制定自己的科技特色教育主题计划。本班的科技特色侧重于哪方面，主要研究哪方面的内容。如：通过科学发现室活动培养幼儿科学探索兴趣，如何激发幼儿好奇好问的科学素养，通过视听之旅激发幼儿科学兴趣
