第三、组织架构建设：
在组织架构建设上，我们将咨询专业的培训机构，根据农村工作的实际情况依法建设一个功能强大的系统，打破传统的家族管理、个体户管理观念。小意识管理观念，建立一个全新的符合农村实际情况的组织架构。争取做到工作分工明确，责任到人，有据可查。以科学的管理方法来带动整个网络的健康持续发展。
