摘要:选取重庆市40个区县第三产业发展评价数据,运用多元统计因子分析方法,对重庆市各区县第三产业发展水平进行了定量分析。分析表明重庆市各区县第三产业发展水平不仅在三大经济圈之间存在差异,而且在三大经济圈内部也存在较大的差异,重庆市各区县第三产业发展不平衡影响了全市整体第三产业发展水平。

Abstract: This paper selects the data of the third industry of forty districts in Chongqing in 2006, and quantitatively analyzes the level of the third industry in these districts using the methods of factor analysis. The empirical result shows that not only the differences of the development of the third industry exist among the three economic circles in Chongqing in 2006, but also the differences exist within the three economic circles. The imbalance of the development of the third industry in these districts affects the overall level of the third industry in Chongqing. Therefore, this paper proposes brief suggestion to reduce the differences of the level of the third industry.

重庆直辖以来,经济发展迅速,综合经济实力正不断增强。直辖前的1996年,%;直辖后的2006年,%。由此可见,重庆市第三产业在地区生产总值中所占的份额日益上升,经济地位也得到了迅速提高。然而,从全位居12位(曾,2006),与处于前列的上海、北京相比,其第三产业发展水平还有一段差距,重庆市第三产业发展水平仍有待进一步提高[1]。
总的来看,影响重庆市第三产业发展水平的因素有很多,除了重庆市整体经济、政策、体制等方面的因素外,还有区域间第三产业发展水平不协调的因素。考虑到重庆典型的城乡二元经济结构,
“一圈”(以主城为核心的城市经济区)与“两翼”(三峡库区镇群和渝东南镇群)地区第三产业发展水平的差距也会影响重庆第三产业整体发展水平。本文从地区间发展差异的角度来分析影响重庆市第三产业发展水平的因素,运用产业经济学相关理论和统计分析方法,选取重庆市40个区县的数据进行因子
