        摘要：目的 为了保存街区的原始风貌和日常生活，并提高居民的生活质量，即在保存其真实的历史文化与风光的同时，维护并发展它的实用价值，使其愈发繁荣。方法 研究运用了实地调查法、文献查阅法总结了现有区域的现状，结果 发现了现有区域中存在的问题，结论 可为之后的历史街区的更新提供一个参考。

        Commercial space update in the northern bridge area of Tianqiao

        Abstract： Objective To preserve the original value of the neighborhood and daily life， and to improve the quality of life of the residents， that is， while preserving its true historical culture and scenery， maintain and develop its practical value and make it more prosperous. Methodology The field survey method and literature review method were used to summarize the current situation of the existing areas. The results found problems in the existing areas， and the conclusions could provide a reference for the subsequent update of historical blocks.
