文档介绍：万方数据万方数据上海交通大学硕士学位论文I1949-1959:上海计量制度的统一摘要新中国成立后,中国的计量事业开启了新的篇章,中国的计量制度也在五十年代逐步实现统一。在新中国计量制度的统一过程中,上海市作为全国的经济和商业中心,其采取的步骤和措施具有相当的代表性,充分体现了这一时期的特点,因此研究上海计量制度的统一有助于了解整个国家的计量制度的演变。同时,在计量制度的统一过程中,由于城市自身经济和社会发展的特殊性,上海市也表现出了一些独特之处。本文采用文献分析和案例分析相结合的方法,梳理了上海市20世纪五十年代计量制度的统一过程,指出了这一过程的特点和规律,并得出结论:上海市的计量制度的统一,是在城市内部发展的需求和国家政策导向的共同作用下进行的。一方面,上海自身的发展对统一的计量制度的要求,是该市计量制度变革的内部动力,在发展过程中,上海市计量制度的演变具有自身的发展规律;另一方面,上海市统一本市的计量制度,又是在中央计量政策的推动下进行,依靠强大的外部力量完成的。在这一过程中,商贸领域计量制度的统一主要是通过自上而下的行政力量的推动,在短时期内完成的;而工业领域计量制度的统一则是通过建立计量网组织,依靠产品和技术的更新同步进行的。计量制度的统一,为上海市经济的发展和科学技术的进步奠定了坚实的基础。关键词:计量史,度量衡,工业计量,十进制万方数据上海交通大学硕士学位论文IIFROM 1949 TO1959:THEUNIFYINGOFMETERINGSYSTEMIN SHANGHAIABSTRACTAfter the establishment of People’sRepublic of China,Chinese metrology developed intoa new stage. The research of the process of the unifying of Shanghai metrological system is helpful to learn the metrological evolution of the whole countrymetrological.
