引 言
为规范城镇地籍数据库的内容、数据库结构、数据交换格式，促进城镇地籍数据的管理和共享，根据《中华人民共和国土地管理法》等法律、法规，参照《第二次全国土地调查技术规程》、《土地登记规则》、《城镇地籍调查规程》等相关标准和规程，制定本标准。

城镇地籍数据库标准
范围
本标准规定了城镇地籍数据库的内容、要素分类代码、数据分层、数据文件命名规则、图形和属性数据的结构、数据交换格式和元数据等。
本标准适用于城镇地籍数据库建设及数据交换。
