创建市级依法治理示范单位汇报材料
金沙村位于洪广镇东北侧，南靠常信乡新民村，东靠石中高速，全村共辖15个合作社，总农户532户，总人口2113人，耕地面积8400亩，人均年纯收入5900元。全村有普法联络员15名，普法信息员15名，普法讲解员6名，普法领导小组15个。为预防和减少民间纠纷，避免群体性突发事件的发生，维护社会稳定，做出了一定的贡献。在开展“依法治理示范村”创建活动中，本村按照上级要求，结合本村实际，从增强村民民主法制观念入手，通过抓好农村普法，村民自治，农村稳定等方面的工作，使全村干群的法制观念、民主意识进一步提高。目前，全村已经形成了“遵纪守法，安定团结”的良好氛围，有力地推进了基层民主法治建设进程，促进了本村经济发展和社会稳定。
一、依法治村，开展矛盾纠纷排查调解工作，防止各类矛盾激化
近年来，金沙村以服务建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会为目标，坚持“调防结合、以防为主、多种手段、协同作战”的工作方针，形成了较为完善的调解机制，取得了显著成效。2011年金沙村被县政法委评为平安创建村，2012年上半年，在洪广镇党委政府的正确领导下，在村调委会的不懈努力下，金沙村没有一起需要上级协调处理的矛盾纠纷，金沙村调委会多次被上级部门评为先进集体。调委会主任汪学文2011年被依法治县领导小组评为“六五普法先进个
