纹外区功能主要为视觉字形加工,在正常人
汉语通常可激活双侧
Broca区和Wernicke区在正常人处理高频字（简单字）时不兴奋
左侧纹外区皮层是阅读功能的关键脑区之一
阅读功能恢复既可由病灶同侧代偿也可由对
侧对应的脑区代偿，而且这两种代偿机制可
在同一个病人并存
