第二条 本条例所称城乡集贸市场（以下简称集贸市场），是指经营农副产品、日用工业品以及其他民用物品的各种专业性、综合性的批发、零售市场。
第三条 凡在我省境内集贸市场从事经营活动的单位和个人，都必须遵守本条例。
第四条 省、市、县（含县级市、区，下同）人民政府工商行政管理部门是本行政区域内集贸市场行政管理的主管机关。
政府其他有关部门按照各自的职责分工，依法对集贸市场的有关活动进行监督管理。
县、乡人民政府在集贸市场组织以工商管理部门为主，各有关部门参加的管理委员会，协调解决市场管理和建设中的问题。
第五条 工商行政管理部门和政府其他有关部门及其工作人员不得在市场参与以营利为目的的经营活动。
