竞赛规程
一、目的任务：
为了丰富学生课余生活、野蛮其体魄，推动一师足球运动的开展。
二、主办单位：一师教务处
三、承办单位：一师体育系
四、竟赛时间、地点：
时间：2014年4月上旬
地点：一师东方红校区足球场
五、参赛单位：
东方红校区各系部
六、参赛资格：
1、本校在籍学生
2、各个系部的学生只能代表各自系部出赛
七、竞赛规定：
1、以系部为单位，每个系部只能报一支比赛队。
2、如有学生由于身体方面原因，不适合参加剧烈体育运动者，不准报名参加比赛，违者后果自负。
3、采用国际足联最新“足球竞赛规则”。
4、每场比赛各队替换人数不限，但替换下场的队员不能再次上场参加本场比赛。

5、按比赛时间规定迟到5分钟的队视为弃权，判对方3:0获胜。
6、每场比赛前由双方领队、教练员相互检查双方队员的《学生证》，凡无证及证件不符者不得参加比赛。
7、每队队服颜色须大致统一，守门员服装与其他队员服装要有所区别；两队服装主色必须要有明显的区别。
8、比赛一律穿胶鞋或胶钉鞋。
