2009 年南平市流感监测点病原监测结果分析

=摘要> 目的分析南平市流感监测点分离的流感毒株, 探讨流行规律, 为防治提供依据。方
法选择南平市两所流感哨点监测医院, 采集流感样病例( IL I) 呼吸道咽拭子, 利用 M DCK 细胞法
分离病毒及用红细胞凝集抑制试验对病毒进行型和亚型的鉴定分析。结果 2009 年采集流感样病例
( IL I) 样品 1 848 份, 分离到 240 株流感病毒, 分离率为 131 0% 。其中 H 1N1 型流感病毒株 85 株,
H 3N 2 型流感病毒株 42 株, B 型流感病毒株 56 株, 新 H 1N1 型流感病毒株 57 株。呈现 5 ~ 9 月和
11~ 12 月两个活动高峰。结论 2009 年南平市流感病毒优势株在 5~ 9 月以 A 型( H 1N1, H3N2) 及
B 型( B- y amag ata , B- vict oria) 共存。11~ 12 月由优势株亚型逐渐过渡为 A ( 新甲型 H 1N1) , 少数样
品检出 B 型( B- y amagata , B- victo ria) 流感。
